Hey Paul,
I'm 6'3" and I don't have enough room for my feet in a standard Guillemot. It appears from your post that you are based in the emerald isle if thats the case i know of a guilly expedition that has just been finished in Galway. Perhaps it could be arranged for you to have a try before you build but seemed tight enough for a big fella.
