Hi Dave,
Haven't built the OI, but the bulkhead placement depends on how long your legs are and how much space you want to allow for steering systems, taller people, foot braces, foot pumps :-( etc.
Sit down against a wall with a fist space between your back and the wall, measure from your toes to the wall and you have the minimum distance from your cockpit coaming (at the back) to the forward bulkhead. Use the next form as your bulkhead template and if you want to use it as a foot brace pad it up with closed cell foam.

: Hello All,
: I am getting ready to glue in the bulkheads on my Outer Island and the rear
: bulkhead location is marked on form 11. For those who have built the OI,
: what form did you use to mark the front bulkhead?
: Thanks,
: Dave
