I didn't chime in because I have never seen one. But I was betting it was a cheap Chiwanesse take off on the Delta. I am not an import fan but one of the best deals out there is the Grizzly 14" bandsaw. I have one, soon to be replaced by a 1920's American 30". Even though I am not a fan, it is a good saw and has done everything I asked of it.

As Brian said, check it out in person. Might be a great saw but I would just be cautious!
