Make sure you've got lots of LPU on hand and be prepared to work fast. ;-)

You'll use more LPU than if you brush it on. It's not easy stuff to spray but I found that doing light coats worked best -- toughest thing is to keep a wet edge at all times -- plan out in advance how/when you're going to each section of the boat. We (a friend sprayed it for me) ended up doing several light coats and then I sanded (to 1200) and buffed the finish using Maguires polishing compounds. You'll definitely want to us an HPLV sprayer -- we didn't and it might have been the reason why we went through so much LPU.

After buffing the boat looked awesome.

Oh yeah, I spoke to a System 3 rep at a boat show after doing the Coho and when I told him that I did 3 coats without the crosslinker and 2 with, he said that I probably should have done every coat with the crosslinker -- when I rolled and brushed the LPU on my recent Bear Mountain Enterprise I put the crosslinker in every coat but the first. Worked out fine.
