: Make sure you've got lots of LPU on hand and be prepared to work fast. ;-)

I've actually already used the System Three LPU on three boats (but it was 4-5 years ago). I used a HVLP system with extra hose in a bucket of ice water. On the one boat I buffed (the first), I did four coats with the last one cross-linked. After I scratched up the first boat, I only used three coats (last one cross-linked) on the other two. I didn't buff them because...why bother. So I guess I was kind of looking for any new ideas on how to apply the stuff. It is really tough, but hard to make look like varnish. From the info you posted, I will probably use my same method, but cross-link everything after the first coat. Thanks for the post.
