The water borne finishes for furniture and flooring are mostly "there". They're all I use for film finishes. I'll also be using a water borne product to the finish the acoustic guitar I'm currently building.

For kayaks and canoes: Sorry. Unless I'm wrong, the S3 LPU is the ONLY water borne product targeted for marine use. That says something in itself. Based on the three boats I have done with it and the abrasion test I ran comparing it with other finishes, there's no comparison to two-part solvent-based urethanes...

I'm glad you had better luck. To those looking to use the product (heck any product) be sure to read and closely follow the instructions included in the can. It's even more important with this stuff for some reason.
