I'm assuming you can buy new tires for a 30" wheel, have no idea where to look myself

Is there a guard around the back of the blade?

It's really cool, anymore I have no need for a saw anywhere near that size, still cool. I'd assume it would need something like 10 hp to run it? Would be pricy to run unless you have 3 phase.
