Mostly wanted this tool to make paddle blanks. Starting to think I might cut strips with it too instead of the table saw, the kerf is much thinner on the band saw. Would be really nice to end up with more strips and less sawdust :)

Btw, there are some really good buys on used bandsaws if you look around. And the Grizzly tools aren't grossly expensive.
