this has been my year for humiliating falls. In toe clips between car and curb, I didn't loosen the clips well enough, come to a stop and fall over to the right onto the grass strip (how convenient) and roll onto my back with bicycle up in the air. 30#touring bike with panniers. Entertainment for all.

Next I'm on a folding bike with 20" wheels and clipless pedals. Although the seat is high because of high bottom bracket there isn't an easier bike to dismount from as the single big tube between seat tube and head tube is as low as your knees. So I come to the grassy patch in front of the bike shop and honestly FORGET how to dismount, swing leg over the seat or simply step forward and off...down I go. Truly the best was leaving a grocery store parking lot on the folder. The cars coming in from the street stop because dummy that I am I'm on the left side of the entrance blocking them,,situational awareness turned off that day, so I stop but don't go right as I haven't checked to the right to see if anyone is about to pass me,,so instead of unclicking or simply pedaling left out of everyones way I come to a STOP,,and fall to the right tuck into a roll and stand right up. It looked so good the guy at the gas station across the street watching my idiocy yells out "7 points!"....I bow and get the hell out of there before the cars start yelling at me.

I hear it's dangerous in bathrooms too.
