Well what about my kayak trolley design that Freya is selling in Germany? I'd send a newsletter with the design in it to Germany in 1996. I complained to her that if she was going rip-off the design, at least do it properly and put the support legs on it.

Then there is KajakSports who "patented" the rudder design that two New Zealand commercial manufacturers had been making for a decade before KajakSports "patented" it. And it is a rotten version KajakSports do too. You might see their version on Riot sea kayaks.

If you are going to use someone else's design, at least do a good job of it.
