When you mix the resin and hardener do you stir vigorously? Stirring too hard will load the epoxy with bubbles right from the start. Stir slowly but thoroughly for 60 to 90 seconds before applying. For the wetout coat I use a cheap throw away bristle brush then squeegee off any excess. For the first fill coat I use the squeegee only. For the next and final fill coat I use another cheap throw away bristle brush and follow Ted Moores' application method. No bubbles to report after 12 boats.
