Home Depot may not sell quality foam brushes. The foam brushes that I have had good luck with are the Poly-Brush, by Jen Mfg USA. Other foam brushes may be made outside of the USA and are of lesser quality. While epoxy will certainly break down a foam brush more that varnish etc., at least a higher quality brush gives us a better shot at it.
