Yost boats until they are glued are really flexy. I use epoxy on the joints then create little filets at the joints with thickened epoxy and once cured the frame becomes quite rigid.

I don't screw the joints btw, I start with bungie cords then replace them with electrical wire ties when the joints are glued.

Have to trust the epoxy to do it's job
