I don't get pop-ups when I open it. The only way I know to access it without the direct link is to go to the Fine Woodworking web site at www.taunton.com/finewoodworking then click on "community" tab at the top far right. Then find the Editor's Mailbox Blog, read about how they've changed the format and all, and then click on archives and keep hitting "earlier posts" at the bottom until you get to the entry for September 11, 2007. There doesn't seem to be a way to do a general search for the information on the Editors' Blog archive. If you search my name, you will get the article I wrote for them, and not the article written about my kayak. If you search on "kayak" you'll get an article about building a S&G kayak. Or, being that I'm a digital user and not a digital mechanic (I use a mac...) maybe you could use this link instead of the one from the forum's box?
