Woops! I meant skin on frame.

My mistake. I meant Skin boats!

How do you seal a skin to the frame where there is a seam under water. Like if you wanted to do a skeg.

Or I have seen Baidarka's with varnished wood bows and the skin was somehow attached and sometimes below the water line.
