2x4s, 3/8' ply(just because it's light), rip ply lengthwise and screw 2x4 on underside offset 2" so that one set of 2x4 extend out and interlock under the other table, screwtogether, Set on three or four saw horses. Get some 6mil plastic and wrap the table.
