I've been ripping strips on and off since yesterday and hope to finish tomorrow. I got 30 strips out of 2 pieces of Western Yellow Cedar from the Queen Charlotte Islands yesterday and another 45 strips of Western Red Cedar out of 2 pieces today. I think I have enough wood to get another 120 strips or so and should have enough wood left over for a 2nd boat
