Really, $200?? I bought a new copy, a couple of months ago, at some random bookstore in the San Juan Islands (WA). Aaand, it was half-off the cover price because, apparently, it had been on the shelf quite a while. $10 seemed an OK price to me, otherwise I might have passed on it . . . aaahahahahaha!
