Bob,

I'm no expert in the area, but I've paddled Key Largo several times. There are some mangrove tunnels that are always worth paddling. Also, there are a couple of islands where camping is possible. Let me know when you are closer to your trip; maybe we can do some paddling.

The folks at Florida Bay Outfitters/Paradise Paddlers can also steer you in the right direction.
