Beveling of the panels on the CLC Shearwater left sharp bow/stern lines, but I'd really rather have them rounded a bit, yet not showing ply edges. Could I sand a bit, add "peanut butter," and then sand to taste, prior to glassing? That's how it went with the Pygmy Osprey, though the panels there were not beveled at all, and there was a natural groove to pack with thickened epoxy.
