I think so too. Once you get them off and running, it's nice having 8 sets of hands. The hull was stripped in 2 sessions and the deck took only 1. I did put in a few (1-3) hours a week doing prep work like sanding, fill coats, taping the other inner seam, etc., but they did 95% of the work. Of the 40 or so students I've had in the past 3 years, more than half of them finished a boat and several are working towards it. The central Oregon fleet is growing fast.
