Not sure I'd want any emergency gear under the deck, when you may need it you'd have to pop the skirt to get at it usually in weather that popping the skirt off would be a bad idea. Cockpit would have to be pretty big to get a pump out and still clear you too. Same thing for water, needs to be easy to get.
