Perhaps some Scandinavian countrys has 22 Mbit, Most where I live who live in a flat have fiber at 100 Mbit downstream and 10 upstream. Those who live in ther own house has 24 Mbit adsl. 100/10 will cost $ 38 / month and then includes monthly fee for phone (not the minute fee).

What is the most common and the maximum speed you can get?
