Toni, you're killing me with that.
I have a nephew who games online from here, how he does so good I don't know, but it does show up the connection differences between locations.

The connect rate is supposed to be being upgraded in Ireland, to 7 meg. In specific areas, the four major cities.

It doesn't make good business sense as a nation to not have good upload/download ability. It makes it difficult to compete unless the business is actually centered in a city. It's hard to find an Irish based kayak accessories shop online, even though they exist. There's either lack of connection or too much expense involved.
