I built a Bear Mountain Resolute ( 16.5' ) with a large open cockpit. I can use it as a single or a double and the rudder can be controlled from either of the three possible positions. I made it for about a 240 pound load but it was tested with 480 pounds and remained afloat! This boat has many configuration possibilities.
