Just came up for lunch. Trying to figure out how to assemble the stern. Not sure the best/simplest way. Got tired of trying to decide and took a break.

As for selling them, if I can sell one this summer I will be happy. If I sell two I will ecstatic! If I don't sell a one I will still be on track.

I am looking ahead and not going into this with any great expectations. Looking at this as marketing for down the road and considering a couple of other options too. Starting to think ahead for something to do as I get older and crawling around inside houses isn't so easy.
