Michael -

I bought some clear vinyl for flotations bags from Joann Craft stores. I picked up either 18 oz. or 20 oz. "clear vinyl" (it was just that). In the blog post I've linked to should have links to each of the things that I bought for it.

I assume the references to WalMart's clear vinyl are the same.
