I made a few jigs whilst building my SOF boat, but my favourite ones are:

1).. A simple jig to locate the drilled the holes at either end of the gunwale mortise, and to drill out the guts of the mortise ready for finishing to size.

2).. A bending jig for the steam-bent ribs.

3).. An add-on baseplate with fences for my router to use when cutting the rib mortises in the gunwales.

4).. Made a larger baseplate with fences for my circular saw, as per Chris Cunningham's book. Sure makes ripping long items like chine strips easy !

As for general shop jigs, I have:

1).. A jig to guide my jigsaw when doing straight cuts, 'coz I never seem to be able to follow a straight line :-( Used this heaps when cutting out the bulkheads for my yost-style kayak.

2).. A simple jig which holds my chisel blades at the correct angle when sharpening them on a stone.
