The stem, and the keel at the stem, are off-center about 1cm. Do not worry about that! It will not be a problem, and you will probably never notice.
SOF kayaks are not rocket science. It will be just fine!
A possible cause of this is that the matching stringers on either side were not exactly the same length. Or the frame could simply have been twisted: http://www.clcboats.com/shoptips/stitch_glue/checking_twist.html
The frame looks good! The only potential problem I see is that your epoxy looks runny and there seem to be no thickened epoxy fillets between the stringers and frames. Epoxy MUST be thickened to make an effective glue, and thickened even more to make fillets. It should not drip very much.
I apologize if you already know this and have already done this. I can't see too much in your pictures.
