Two years ago maybe more I started building a kayak shape out of foam board and took a lot of heat from you guys. Ok... not that much, but some. You said my design was tippy and that people don't make shapes out of foam. They do stripbuilt for prototypes.
Well... I have found surfskis to be pretty much what I wanted out of a kayak so tippy is ok with me.

Seems I wasn't too far off. I was gleefully happy to see this.
I will eventually take those cedar strips I milled and make them into something one day. I just haven't been able to figure out what type of kayak to make.
But until then I thought you folks like to see another approach. Gotta love kayaking no matter if it is plastic, carbon, skin, or wood!
