Thanks, Bill. I've downloaded all the Canadian and US Topo maps in 1:60,000 and 1:250,000. The Canadian 1:250,000 maps are prefect for navigation, but the US topos just aren't as good as the Canadian. I can convert these into 11x17" maps and print, but the Richardson's chartbooks for the Great Lakes looked pretty good. I think I'm going to head to the library tonight to see what they have and compare the usefulness for me.

I'm asking Richardson's for sponsorship. Hopefully, they'll be interested.

BTW, the May/June issue of Paddler should have an article that includes me in it. :)
