Well, I appreciate the help. I tried to bend 1/8 marine ply w/ carbon on the back but after the carbon/epoxy dried and I loosened the bench dogs the ply flattened for the most part. So back to the seat back in Nick's book. The shape in the book is hard to duplicate. Did you put it on copier to blow it up to size? This seems like it would work and give you the suggested spacing for the slots. Also, do you put two padeyes under the cockpit? One for each shockcord?
