Assuming your hull is hard-chined, I haven't tried it for myself but Freeship or Delftship should allow you to locate the control points of control edges at the exact xyz locations of the corners on your forms. You'll need to create the stem/stern using freeship tools to form a watertight hull, but once this is done hydrostatics should be available.

Another way is to write a text file of the xyz co-ordinates of the chines at the form locations, then import it into freeship.
