I don't use end pours and I usually bed the hardware (including the CPVC tubing) using marine caulk. I prefer 3M's 4200 which remains flexible and allows for disassembly if needed which neither epoxy or 3M's 5200 don't.

If you live in a boating area, West Marine or other marine retailers should carry 3M's 4200. It's a polyurethane caulk so if that product isn't available other brands will be.

I come from a boatbuilding background so tend to do things the way it's done on larger boats.
