G'day Brido,
Assuming you have not damaged the polyester, would applying more coats of varnish fix it ?
Regards,
Phil.
Adelaide.
: For various reasons (all of which are my fault) I discovered a curtain of
: runs (full length) on my polyester (?Dacron) superstructure after I had
: varnished the hull. They were 6 hours "hard".
: After shedding tears I decided i would take my knife to them and scraped them
: all off. The "do nothing" alternative was not any option.
: It worked "fairly" to "quite well" but now I am left with
: a "fuzzy or furry" surface to my cloth where I scraped it.
: Can anyone suggest a solution to this furryness please?
