What a misunderstanding!
Itīs all my fault.
Iīm gluing some cedar, pine and one the tip aspen together. I have some epoxy (glue) left over from the making of the kayakframe.

I planing to just oil the paddle when itīs completed

: PS. Has the Baltic thawed yet? I plan on visiting the old Hanseatic countries
: some time next year.
