The manual that comes with the Arctic Hawk kit is comprehensive to say the least. Give the folks at CLC a call. If they can't help give Mark Rogers at Superior Kayaks, the designer, a call.
The manual gives instructions on how to build with only a very few stitches and relies heavily on tape and hot glue during assembly. Not the easiest way to build but beautiful when finished. I wouldn't suggest this boat as a first project.
Having built one for my son I can say that the instructions and drawings are 100% correct.
It's a wonderfully fast boat. Enjoy.

: Wondering it there is a trick for positioning the interior forms for the
: hull. My kit has 2 bulkheads that will stay in and 5 temporary forms to
: get the hull into the right shape.
: It seemed pretty difficult to get the forms positioned just right. The first
: one I hot glued into place seems to have more than a little gap. Is there
: a way to clamp them in place and then hot glue once positioned perfectly?
: Thanks---don't want to end up with a boat that goes in circles.
: Kit is the Arctic Hawk from CLC
