Hi Darren,

I've sent you an email list of builders in AU and NZ who have made PVC skins
using various glues. Bostik comes to mind, but there are many types of Bostik
cements for various applications. Contact these builders directly for their
input.

You need to find a PVC /Vinyl truck tarp or upholstery specific cement
that allows pre-coating and drying of the sections to be glued, before
overlaying / positioning the 2 PVC sections together. After positioning
and taping in place, you can then reactivate the cement with a heatgun to
complete the bond.

If the vinyl cement you choose does not have this property, then you will be
be essentially using a vinyl contact cement, and that will likely create a
huge mess when trying to glue two long seams together.

Regards, Tom
