When you post the picture here there's already a "http://" in the "optional Image URL" slot that has to be removed first or your picture won't show up, it'll have the wrong address. Using the "preview message" button at the bottom helps too, if the image dosen't show up when you hit that, it won't show up when you hit the "post message" button either.
