I've got the carbon fiber version of that paddle, takes some getting used to, the stroke is vastly different than any other paddle. Just remember that when the paddle dives under the boat, and eventually it will, let go of the upper hand or you'll be swimming :)

Sometime this spring I think I'll be shopping for a long version of that paddle for the catamaran kayak, whenever I finish it.
