Where in WI or IL? I'm in Northern IL.

White cedar is tricky to find in the midwest, it's available but it's awfully rough. Clear stock is hard to find. Unusual to be looking for marine ply and white cedar, what are you building? Cheapest and best is L.L. Johnson in South Bend, Indiana. Might look at www.woodfinder.com or look at the references at the GlenL site (boat kits).
