: straight line. If the turn doesn't constantly increase in radius when you
: stop paddling, it's probably fine. Might solve a small directional
: instability with a tiny fixed skeg to keep it going straight.

Heard of a good idea on the Greenland forum that I'd not heard before. Take all the stringers (before you build the boat) and suspend them from the ends, then you can judge if they all bend the same. If not can carefully plane the stiffer ones so they do.
