Nice work Tim. It looks like you spent a lot of creative time with your Guillemot, and I'm sure the boat really looks sharp in person.

Are you going to build a paddle to go with it? Hopefully you can paddle your Guillemot for a while before deciding that you need a skeg. I am assuming your skeg would be retractable.
