i asked a similar question recently, my thought is to take a drawing of a form and make a matching form by eye with kayak foundry, overlay it on your hand drawn form, repeat til you get a match..one form at a time. I don't know if it wil work, what if kayak foundry can't conform to your exact hull shape...will kayak foundry change the shape of the forms as you go...

With your boat, you could make the bow stem a simplified solid piece form.
