30% better stablity..did'nt have to change or add anything to my boats.

just played ping pong for a couple days and got the old touch back..also now ride a mountain bike once sometimes twice a week on single track. i suspect the ping pong helped most.

as a baseline..im 48..50% desk work, 50% running up and down ladders at construction sites. maybe 10-15 lbs above ideal weight.

i don't think ping pong will help anyone already fully inner ear balance tuned but sure made a difference for me.
