I'm using them with the float bags, but just because it's a pain to fit flexible bulkheads and with a 13' boat I'm not willing to spend that much time. Not impossible though, they just have to be glued to the skin and all the lengthwise frame members, it can't be a rigid bulkhead alone or you'd get a hard spot that wouldn't allow the flexible skin to flex and would disrupt the water flow.

If I were to do this, I'd use the polyester skin material between the frames and the ply center section of the bulkhead then glue that material to the polyester skin.
