S&G: lofting computer simulation

I'm trying to fit panels for a stitch and glue kayak onto two sheets of ply.
Does anyone know of a free (or at least cheap) program that will take the panel offsets and draw them on a computer screen?
I'm not planning on scaling these up for marking on the ply, just want to see if the panels have any chance of fitting.
