: It's been awhile but I had simular problems and I think there were two causes
: in my case. While sanding and scraping if the epoxy was too soft I felt it
: would smear and cause a white blemish that wouldn't clear out when over
: coated with epoxy. Also, when sanding dryer epoxy if a small bubble was
: sanded through and filled with white dust it sometimes wouldn't clear when
: wet. To find the ones that stayed white I would wet with water and then
: pick out the white stuff and then fill with epoxy.

The idea that the epoxy was too green is probably the culprit. What do I do now?
