Hi Hawk,
Do Not Use A Kerosene Heater! Even the most efficient ones give off oil trace in the exhaust.
A portable electric radiator system would be better for epoxying but less energy efficient.
A propane heater would work along with a dehumidifier to keep the humidity at a relatively low level.
For long-term usage, it is better to plumb the workshop for water radiators with the burner outside and exhausting well away from any airflow into the shop. This can be run off the domestic heating if you already use oil-fired heating.
