Ken, how do you "trim along the masking tape?"

I have heard that a fresh Sure Form does well on green epoxy... You're just using the masking tape to protect the other wood/epoxy/glass?

: One more helpful hint on taping that outside joint. I ran masking tape above
: and below the joint, about 1.5 inches out. Put the tape on before glassing
: the joint. After applying the fiberglass tape and epoxy, let it firm up,
: then trim along the masking tape for a very clean joint. That saves much
: sanding.
